We have complete confidence in the quality of our products and firmly believe that you will be more than delighted with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned.

All products offered by Iris come with a standard 30 day warranty covering defects in material, workmanship, shipping damages and overall dissatisfaction. This warranty does not cover damages caused by the customer.

Customers may return items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in the original condition and packaging.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday 12pm PST through Sunday or on Holidays. 

Shipping charges and timeframes for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We always offer free shipping on orders over $200.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
